Thanks for reading my comment on air during your Thanksgiving episode! That was awesome! I’m actually a guy, just so you know. There seemed to be a little confusion, but I assure you, I am a red blooded, midwestern, all-American Grade-A Man! Boo yah!! But all that aside, I’d like to make a request: could you guys do an episode on Lincoln’s children at some point? One of my favorite things about Old Abe was his unique relationship with his boys. There’s so many great stories about them, I just think it would make for a really fun episode. Also, anyone interested in reading about Lincoln and his kids, I highly suggest checking out the books ‘Father Lincoln’ by Alan Manning, and ‘Tad Lincoln’s Father’ by Julia Taft Bayne. The latter was actually written by the babysitter of Willie and Tad and gives a rare perspective of life inside the White House with the Lincoln Boys. As always, I love the show and keep up the great work! You guys are officially in my top 5 list of favorite podcasts!
